Coteau Hills Elementary & Our Lady of Hope Playground Fundraising Committee

Dear Community Partner,
 
As a community partner, we hope that you are as excited about the new South Hill School, Coteau Hills Elementary and Our Lady of Hope, as we are.  This school will bring together Empire School, St. Mary School, Westmount School, and Sacred Heart School.  The projected opening date is September 2025 with an opening day enrollment of approximately 900 students.  As we get closer to the big opening day, we are in the planning stages for onsite playground structures to create safe, stimulating, and inclusive spaces where children can learn, play, and grow.
 
Today, we are reaching out to our community partners asking for your financial support.  Playground structures are very expensive, and it would take our School Community Councils many years to raise the funds needed.  If your business would like to donate to the Coteau Hills Elementary & Our Lady of Hope Playground Fund you can do so by:
 
  • Making an online donation by visiting:
    • Prairie South School Division’s website - www.prairiesouth.ca. On the homepage click on the red button titled South Hill School Playground Fund.
    • Holy Trinity Catholic School Division’s website - www.htcsd.ca.
  • Mailing a cheque to Prairie South or Holy Trinity:

Please make cheques payable to Prairie South School Division OR Holy Trinity School Division and make sure to put Coteau Hills/Our Lady of Hope Playground in the memo line of the cheque.  All donations over $20 will be issued a charitable tax receipt.
